Michael
Black is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and joined Dr. Margaret
Green Chiropractic Office in August 1999. Michael graduated in 1997 from
the Muscular Therapy Institute located in Cambridge, Massachusetts and continues
to participate in a variety of continuing education courses. In addition,
Michael trained extensively in Sarasota, Florida with Aaron Mattes an internationally
recognized author and lecturer who pioneered and developed Active Isolated
Stretching. Michaels' work is a structurally based, results oriented style
of body work/massage therapy, with a focus on range of motion through lengthening,
balance, and movement therapy. Whether you are here to resolve a muscular
problem such as tendonitis, or to learn how to be more flexible and stronger,
you will be treated individually and educated on why the problems formed.
Sessions are personalized to focus on sports and repetitive stress injuries
through a variety of techniques including isolated stretching and general
well-being massage. |
